Her specialisation is to lead non co-located teams across multiple geographies. She has established governance forums, standards and protocols for numerous clients in addition to leading teams across several continents.

She has published several articles on industry trends in addition to speaking at various industry conferences – both internationally and in Australia. To provide stewardship for the next generation, she teaches several tertiary level courses in project management.
