Paul is a Director in Consulting with over 18 years experience in managing the delivery of client solutions across a variety of industries and businesses. He has managed business transformation projects, delivered ERP projects, established PMOs, across Australasia and Europe and managed Applications Maintenance & Development within Outsourcing operations. While some of these roles have been delivery focused, Paul is also developed business opportunities, manage operations and been a trusted client advisor. Paul’s experience spans the full project life cycle, establishing a successful track record of working with clients to define their requirements and delivering solutions to suit.
As a senior member of the Deloitte Program Leadership competency, a key responsibility for Paul is the ongoing development of the Deloitte project management competency, both Intellectual Property and the development of people. Further to this, Paul was a Core Team member and chapter lead for the development of PMI global project management standard for the development of project management competency. This involved him leading an international team to define how to use the PMI’s Project Management Competency Development Framework. Paul is also part of the team to develop the PMI certification exam questions.
