Welcome to the Leadership Program!


This Leadership Program is designed to inspire PMI members to excel in their leadership. Some PMI members may wish to aspire to become PMI Melbourne Board members - is that you? Then this is the program for you.

This is a 1-2 year, self-paced, and action-learning program that involves implementing a strategic project aligned to the PMI Melbourne’s goals and vision. It will include mentoring as well as the opportunity to network globally, taking advantage of the global PMI resources. 
This pilot is limited to 10-15 participants and we target to kick-off in September/October.

1) The Leadership team can now confirm the Ideation Workshop is booked: -
     Venue:    RMIT  368 Swanson St (Near Cnr Swanston & Latrobe St)
                    Building 13 Level 1 Room 02 
     Date:      Tuesday November 11th
     Time:      5:30 to 6:30pm (Nametags & Network), 6:30pm to 8:30pm
     Agenda: Tba
     RSVP:    Thursday November 6th

2) Note this is a compulsory workshop for those wishing to participate this year.
