The career advancement of women and the role of men as influencers of change

Please join us for our Women’s Network event in partnership with La Trobe University.

Adam Fennessy (Secretary for the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning) and Paul O’Connor (Chief Executive Officer, Victorian Managed Insurance Authority) will be in conversation with Fiona Reed (Executive Director, Human Resources, La Trobe University) discussing how their actions will make a significant and sustainable change to the low level of women in leadership, in their organisations and the wider community.

Learn about ‘what they say’, ‘how they act’ and ‘what they prioritise’ to make a difference.

You are encouraged to bring a female colleague as your guest to the IPAA Women in the Public Sector Network event.  Perhaps a colleague you are mentoring or a public administration leader of tomorrow
