Di Indrans

Di has more than 30 years experience in IT.  During this time it has been clearly evident that there is a pressing need for women in IT to have access to effective mentors and easily accessible opportunities to network within the industry.

The past 20 years of Di's career were spent at Philip Morris where the majority of her time was spent in Senior Management roles developing and supporting SAP applications for the Asia/Pacific region.  Di was posted to Kuala Lumpur, for 3 years, as the Regional Manufacturing IS Manager. In this role she was resposible for standardisation & implementation of Asia/Pacific manufacturing systems.  On her return she worked as Planning Manager for the IT Division and then was appointed the Asia/Pacific Manager of the SAP Continental Competancy Centre.

In February 2007 she left Philip Morris and in August that year was tempted back into working part time as Manager of the Vic ICT for Women Network.   In February 2009 Di also started part time work for the Project Management Institute, Melbourne Chapter as Executive Officer.
